Dr. Surat Singh, Harvard classmate of President Obama predicts that Obama will win the election.
Harvard classmate of President Obama and Supreme Court lawyer Dr. Surat Singh predicted that whatever polls might be saying, President Barack Obama will be re-elected as President of United State of America.
Dr. Surat Singh told the reporters that he has known his friend since 1988 when they were together at Harvard Law School.
Dr. Surat Singh says that Obama became the President when American economy was in really bad shape. It definitely takes a long time to shape up things when things are so bad. Though there were more expectations from President Obama than his performance but America would have been worse without his leadership. President Obama stopped the decline of America and re-established its moral leadership in the world again.
Coming to the interests of India and the world, Dr. Surat Singh took the view that President Obama is far more balanced and mature in his foreign policy than Governor Mitt Romney. Mitt Romney is an able person but he is far too militant in his approach in international affairs. Both America and the world would be safer in hands of President Obama.
Dr. Surat Singh has started this blog last month to actively campaign for the re-election of his classmate President Obama by calling upon Indian community based in USA to vote for President Obama. He has written hundreds of e-mails to his friends in America and also applauded the handling of Hurricane Sandy by Obama administration.
Dr. Surat Singh has had already attended the first inaugural ceremony of President Obama on January 20th 2009 and he hopes to be invited again to the second inaugural ceremony of President Obama in January, 2013.
